** Currently we are revamping the Fair Layout to expand the Exhibition space. We will open the Booking process once that’s done.

** An advance payment of 20% (Non-Refundable) of the total amount of the stall booking is required to confirm reservations within three (03) working days.

Terms & Conditions

1) All payment should be paid in advance with the booking form. The participants can make payment through online deposit to the following account or through Pay Order:

In case of any dues, booking will be auto cancelled within 5 working days after the submission of the booking form.

** All dues should be cleared before 12th February 2024, Monday. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your
booking. 
Sponsor’s/Stall owners should collect Clearance Pass from CTGITF Authority to start working on 16th February 2024, Friday at the Fair venue.

2) No one will be allowed to enter the fair premises before 09:00 am. and are expected to leave the premises by 09:30 pm during the tenure of the fair.
3) The Organizers will hand over the stalls to the participants one day prior to the opening of the fair. (Prefabricated stalls will be handed over to the stall owners after 2 pm on 16th February 2024, Friday. Sponsor’s and other stall owners who will fabricate their own Pavilion /Stalls will be allowed to work from 16th February 2024, Friday 9 am.).
4) Participants should inform the CTGITF Authority if they plan to use any Heavy Electrical Equipment’s in their Pavilion/Stalls (Like LED Panel and others).
5) The participants should use standard electrical cables & wires to avoid fire hazards at the fair premises.
6) Smoking is strictly prohibited in and around the fair venue. If anyone found smoking, the person will be charged and fined by the WTC Authority.
7) All materials used for the decoration of the stalls are to be installed and removed safely without damaging the floors, walls and other properties of the WTC, If any damage occurs, the WTC authority reserves the right to take any action against the participating company including clamming demurrages cost for the damage.
8) Participants are requested not to occupy any space beyond their allocated space by the CTGITF Authority, Put Banners, X Banners which hinders the view of other Participants or visitor movement or using any open space which is not part of their allocated Pavilion/Stalls. CTGITF Authority will remove any such objects without prior notice if it’s been reported.
9) Please keep all valuable personal belongings (including Laptops, Tablets, Projectors, Mobiles, Wallets etc.) under your own custody. No such items should be left behind in the stalls. Please pack and secure your stall equipment’s/display items (which are intended to be there overnight) in closed boxes and seal them before leaving the venue at night. Authority will not be liable, if anything is lost due to non-compliance the above rules.
10) The participants will be responsible to keep their stalls and its surroundings clean by littering in the bin provided in designated area.
11) The participants should restrain themselves not to engage in any activities, which will hamper the law & order and peaceful environment of the World Trade Center.
12) All personnel manning the stalls must wear the Fair ID Card provided by the authority (3 ID Cards will be provided per stall). Security personnel may ask for the ID at the entry gate. Failing to provide, the person can be restricted to enter the Fair venue before 10:00 AM and presence during 08:00 am to 09:00 pm.
